Shipping policy

As a small business, I usually process orders within 1 to 4 business days, and I dispatch Monday to Friday.

Delivery within the Republic of Ireland and it takes 1-4 business days. I ship all orders with An Post  and Orders are shipped using Standard post with tracking.

If there is no shipping rate available for your order in the checkout and would like to order some of my work, please contact me directly via email at Michelechambersceramics@gmail.com or use my contact form for to make an order.

 

Please make sure to provide a complete address including postal code and a contact phone number for delivery purposes.

Once your order is shipped, I won’t be able to accept any responsibility for any delays as these would be completely outside of my control e.g. seasonal shipping delays etc. 

Cost of delivery in the Republic of Ireland. 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. The shipping cost depends on the content of your order and costs starting at €10.00

International Shipping. 

I am currently only shipping to the Republic of Ireland.

Packaging

I aim to use only recyclable and biodegradable packaging for shipments. 

Gift packaging is optional, it will be wrapped with care and I would be more than happy to include a handwritten card with personal message. 

Other packaging can be reused or recycled.
