Refund policy

Returns

We will accept returns up to 7 days after your order has been delivered.

We are happy to accept returns of any item as long as it's unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We also request a receipt of proof of purchase.

 

Breakages 

Please check your order when it arrives and get in touch as soon as possible, and within 7 days of delivery, if anything arrives damaged or defective. This allows us to review the issue promptly and put things right.

Please hold on to the original packaging and take clear photos of both the packaging and the affected item/s, as we’ll need these to help resolve the matter quickly.

If a piece is damaged, we’ll offer either a replacement or a refund.

Shipping

To return your product, Contact us at Michelechambersceramics@gmail.com, You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item.

Postage costs for damaged goods will be refunded. If you are shipping any item(s) of value, you should consider using An Post parcel post with a Track and Trace.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item & that we are processing your refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, Please allow for 3-7 business days for a refund to reflect on your account. If you haven’t received your funds after 10 business days have passed, please contact us so we can follow up with our payment processing partners and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. 

 

Exchanges

If for some reason the product does not meet your expectations we are happy to exchange an item for you as long as it's unused and in the same condition that you received it. . You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
